Due to legal reasons and the nature of our product, we do not offer returns. However, we do offer free exchanges for products that arrive damaged or with the safety seal not intact. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Request or Contact us within 7 days of product arrival via support@everlifewellness.com
- Photo Evidence: You must provide photo evidence of the damaged product or the product with the broken safety seal.
- Proof of Unused Product: You must certify that the product has not been used through your communication choice. We will verify this once the product is returned.
- Return Shipping: We will cover the shipping for the exchange, you will receive a printable shipping form via email.
Additional:
- If a tincture arrives with a damaged dropper we will instead send you a new dropper. You must make this request prior to 5 days after product arrival.
- If a cream arrives with damage to the lid, you may request a new lid within 5 days after purchase or follow through with the return process listed above.
Please be mindful, returned products cannot be restocked, they must be thrown out. Should you wish to return the product instead of request a replacement to the damaged portion.
