We have received no positive drug tests to date. However, everyone is different and some companies use different kinds of tests with varying THC indicators. So, it is advised that you do not consume our products if you have an upcoming drug test with un-known THC limits. 

THC is stored in your body's fat, therefore, taking higher dosages of CBDa (such as our 50mg pills) may showcase extremely small amounts of THC if taken before a test. 

Legality of a failed drug test in states with THC restrictions: 

• Should you receive a 'positive' drug test by only consuming our products you will not be prosecuted in your state as the legal threshold of THC is impossible to reach, even if you'd consume an entire bottle of 50mg CBDa pills (not recommended)
• Athletes: Professional or collegiate athletes both have varying restrictions based on their competitive brackets. It is impossible to exceed the federally legal threshold of THC by consuming the recommended dosage of our products.

Full-spectrum CBD contains all the naturally occurring compounds found in the hemp plant, including:
